I feel like this might not need a note, but just in case: what Natsume has done in the previous line is drop honorifics altogether when addressing Eichi (such as -san, -senpai, whatever), which is indicative of either a very close, casual relationship or impoliteness. Natsume went from over-the-top disingenuous honorifics (Your Majesty the Emperor) to absolutely nothing (Tenshouin Eichi), trying to force Eichi into a corner.
